Biography
Julius Mann is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Mann Medical Search, Inc., an executive
recruitment and corporate consulting firm offering educational programs in interview techniques, developing selling skills, and the art of negotiation.
Julius has negotiated multi-million dollar contracts for individuals and
corporations. He represents the fortune community working with billion dollar divisions of the world's finest organizations, as well as regional corporations.
He began his professional sales career in sales in 1962 with an internationally acclaimed Fortune 500 corporation, and he rapidly moved through his division from number one sales representative to sales manager managing 30 sales reps.
In 1975 after much consideration, Julius decided to follow his heart's second love and entered into the field of psychotherapy, where he practiced for some 12 years.
Those years were spent bringing in-depth understanding in the most unique creative ways to thousands of people suffering from life's hardships.
In 1987, deciding to combine his people experience with his sales and management skills, he entered back into corporate America as Consultant and Executive Recruiter.
Today Julius lectures and gives direction to scores of professionals and works hand in hand with the most admired companies in the country.
Through the years, his audiences have numbered in the thousands.
He has been married for over 40 years, has 4 children and 10 grandchildren.
He resides on the east end of Long Island, NY and has a home on a small island off the east coast.
